Collection: Arie Vardi
Arie Vardi is a silversmith and painter whose work radiates light, movement, and raw connection to nature.
Born in Chile and later graduating in graphic design in Jerusalem, Arie began exploring jewellery and painting while living on a kibbutz at the edge of the Negev desert - a landscape that helped shape his instinctive, expressive style.
Now based in Perthshire, Scotland, Arie draws constant inspiration from the West Coast of Scotland, the Negev desert, and Chilean Patagonia. Vast skies, shifting shorelines, elemental landforms and open horizons pulse through his work. Nature is more than subject matter - it’s a metaphor for emotion, memory, and transformation.
His paintings are eclectic and spontaneous, defined by bold colour, dynamic composition, and the powerful movement of light. There’s a palpable sense of transition in each piece - moments caught just as light breaks through or slips into shadow. Texture plays a central role, binding each element together, often enriched with gold or metal leaf to create luminosity and depth.
Working in acrylics, mixed media and oils, Arie allows the materials to lead, letting each image reveal itself organically. Travel and Mediterranean roots infuse his palette with vibrancy and warmth.
At its heart, his work is a celebration — of flow, harmony, balance, and life itself.
As Arie says:
“My aim is simple — to bring light into people’s hearts.”
