Returns & Refunds Policy

As a consumer, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under UK law, starting from the day you receive your artwork. During this period, you have the right to return the artwork, provided it is in unopened and resalable condition.

How to Return Artworks:

  • Returns Period: You have 14 days from the delivery date to return artwork.

  • Conditions for Return: The artwork must be returned in its original condition. If the artwork is damaged or altered in any way, it may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

  • Exceptions: Custom commissions or artwork that has been specifically altered or personalized for you cannot be returned.

Refunds will be processed once the artwork has been returned and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
