Joyce Gunn Cairns MBE


Joyce Gunn Cairns MBE is a Scottish artist whose work explores the full spectrum of sentient life, from insects to humans. Known for her sensitive observation and expressive draftsmanship, Joyce continually challenges herself to capture the essence of her subjects with integrity and depth.

Her work has been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions across the UK, including invited artist at the Pittenweem Arts Festival , Smithy Gallery, Union Gallery, Edinburgh, and the Royal College of Surgeons, as well as collaborations with notable artists such as Alasdair Gray.

Joyce has works in the collection of the SNPG, the National Gallery of Ireland, the City art Centre in Edinburgh and several universities. A much-admired artist, Joyce Gunn Cairns is one we are proud to represent and show.
