Andrew Major

Handcrafted and unique ceramics by Andrew Major. Andrew uses a range of techniques including slab building, slip casting, and wheel-thrown manipulation. Surfaces are decorated with oxides, engobes, underglazes, and hand-mixed glazes, then fired in an electric kiln. The oxidising atmosphere of the kiln influences the final glaze results, meaning each piece emerges entirely unique.
