Domestic Returns (UK)

Standard Returns

  • Timeframe: Within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Artwork must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Cost: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is damaged or mis-sent.
  • Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned artwork.

Commissions & Custom Work

  • Policy: Custom commissions are non-returnable.
  • Notes: Changes or cancellations must be agreed in writing before work begins.

International Returns

Standard Returns

  • Notes: Use a tracked, insured courier; we recommend specialist art couriers for international returns.
  • Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned artwork.

Damaged or Mis-sent Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos.

We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.

All domestic and international shipments are insured for damage during transit.
